Reminder: Quarterly Data Quality Reports Due Monday, May 11th

The Quarterly Data Quality submission deadline is Monday, May 11th. All corrections should be completed, and scores submitted through the Data Quality Portal by Monday, May 11th. Please note that the Data Portal will close after this date and you will not be able to submit after this deadline. 

The reporting dates for Q1 Submission are 1/1/2020 - 3/31/2020.
