QDQ Voices

As HMIS users run the QDQ report and start cleaning up some data we wanted to mention a few items. First, during the trainings there was discussion about the first two quarters of reporting being a grace period. The combined experiences of running reports, answering Helpdesk questions, submitting scores, and reviewing the results is a learning process for all of the individuals involved. ICA is taking this time to, among other things, work with the monitoring partners to establish criteria that guides for follow-up with agencies. Please reach out to ICA if you have questions while these conversations continue. We want to hear your voice.

We also wanted to pass along some of the comments that have come from CoC coordinators and State Partners. The efforts of HMIS users to integrate QDQ into their agency processes has not gone unnoticed.
