Retiring Unused Entry Types on Picklist

In an effort to clean-up and subsequently streamline the data entry process as much as we are able, we are removing 4 Entry Types from the Entry Type picklist as these Types should never be used: Basic Center Program Entry/Exit, Quick Call, Standard, and Transitional Living Program.  

ICA corrected erroneous Entry Types in HMIS for the last 3 years (May 2017 – today). If you had more than 5 households with erroneous Entry Types (Basic Center Program Entry/Exit, Quick Call, Standard, or Transitional Living Program), your Regional System Administrator sent your agency an email after ICA made the corrections to your data.  

The Entry Type picklist now only displays Entry Types that are used as part of Minnesota’s data entry workflow.
