PATH Quarterly Report Due Friday, April 30th

The PATH Data Exchange (PDX) is now open for quarter three (Q3) 2021 reporting. The reporting period for Q3 2021 is 7/1/2020 – 3/31/2021.

PATH grantees should run the PATH report in ServicePoint and submit the files to PDX by April 30, 2021.

You can run the PATH Data Completeness Report to check your data entry before submission. For more information, please refer to the PATH HMIS User Guide, as well as the PATH FAQ document.
