Deadline Approaching - RHY Upload Period for Spring 2021
The RHY-HMIS Repository (Upload Portal) for RHY Grantees will be opening for uploads soon! Here are the upcoming important dates for grantees:
4/12/2021 - Portal opened
4/16/2021 - First uploads due
4/30/2021 - Final uploads due
RHY grantees are expected to have an accepted first upload by Friday, April 16th but can replace that upload as many times as they want by Friday, April 30th in order to improve data quality. Final uploads are due Friday, April 30th. Please follow any instructions you have received from FYSB or RHY staff regarding your upload dates.

If you have questions about your login for the RHY portal or the upload process itself, please open a case with the RHYMIS Service Desk.
Extensive training and instructions for using the RHY portal are available on the RHY-HMIS Page at RHYTTAC, including a RHY-HMIS Data Collection & Reporting User Guide (v1 | September 2020). Important: the guide includes instructions on how to name your export, please follow this procedure for a successful upload.
Please see the HHS-RHY HMIS User Guide for further details on data quality reports and running the Rhymis Export in ServicePoint. Grantees can run the 0263 RHY Data Quality Report to review their data before exporting. When exporting your data, please do not edit the CSV files manually, as it can cause errors in the submission.
