Our User Training Moodle Site is Getting a Little Facelift!

In December of last year, you might recall that ICA Minnesota completely redesigned our User Training and transitioned our training content library to an online learning platform called Moodle.

Moodle is now offering an upgraded site design that is especially tailored to organizations like us, providing professional development and ongoing training to learners in workplace environments. ICA has decided to take advantage of this opportunity in the upcoming months, as we believe it will provide HMIS learners with a more intuitive user experience in Moodle.

Rest assured, however, that the look of Moodle externally for users will by no means be changing dramatically. The biggest changes will be behind-the-scenes, and will better assist the ICA MN training team in monitoring learner engagement and progress with analytics, course completion tracking, and enhanced annual certification management, among many other features.

The best part is, we do not believe there will be any significant downtime for our Moodle training site during this upgrade this process. The MN ICA training team will make updated instructional materials available before the site upgrade, so that all users will easily be able to navigate the updated MN Moodle training platform.
