New Web Addresses for Minnesota’s HMIS Sites

As of August 17th, 2023, the web address (or “URL”) for each of Minnesota’s HMIS sites has changed:

• Community Services Live Site: https://wscs.wellsky.com/minnesota/

• Community Services Training Site: https://wscs.wellsky.com/minnesota_training/

Wellsky, the HMIS software vendor, chose to make these updates as part of its ongoing effort to rebrand from “ServicePoint” to “Community Services”. Navigating to the old URLs will result in automatic redirection to the new web addresses. WellSky has committed to providing this redirection service for several months and will communicate to its customers prior to the service being deactivated.
