HMIS Helpdesk Closed Wednesday (9/20) and Thursday (9/21)
The ICA team has a busy week ahead! A number of our staff will be learning and engaging at the Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless (MCH) conference in Duluth on Monday and Tuesday. Please stop by our booth to say hello and get your hands on some super cool swag!
Following the MCH conference, the HMIS Helpdesk will be closed on Wednesday (9/20) and Thursday (9/21) to give ICA staff much-needed time to come together for an all-staff retreat. We will re-open the Helpdesk on Friday with additional staff available to answer your questions.
Please note also that the User Training team will be putting a pause on HMIS user training registrations while the Helpdesk is closed so members of that team can attend the retreat. Registration will open up again on Friday. In general, response times to user training cases may be slower than usual this week due to the MCH conference and ICA retreat.
