Introducing Global News + Release Notes

If you’ve logged into ClientTrack recently, you may have noticed the Global News section at the top of your Home dashboard. In that section, you can find the latest release notes, info on anticipated system performance issues, and other critical HMIS announcements.

Release notes are lists of exactly what in the system changed, how it changed, and what you need to know about it as an end user. They offer detailed information about fixes, improvements, and new features.

Release notes will eventually replace our go-live tracker as we shift from the go-live phase to a phase of continuous improvement. We will also use these to inform you what is up next, what was just released, and whether any issues occurred.
