Milestone Achieved in Our Transition to ClientTrack
This week marks two months since the beginning of the HMIS blackout, and six weeks since the cutover to ClientTrack. We know it has not been easy for our users to live in a construction zone, so to speak, and we thank you for your patience as we run our power tools in the next room.
We are pleased to share this week also marks a moment where all parts of the HMIS are operational, even if limited. This includes functionality like Coordinated Entry workflows, Diversion workflows, enrollments for all project types (e.g. housing programs, prevention, street outreach), Prioritization Lists. Several resolved bugs are also no longer blocking work.
All users can and should be entering data in HMIS, including data collected during the blackout. That said, the next few months we will continue to make significant improvements to the user experience, removing unneeded questions in some cases, enhancing functionality in others.
Predictable release schedule
As we prepare to end the go-live phase, it is time to settle into a predictable routine and make this space our own. Starting next week, we will release changes to ClientTrack on a recurring, weekly basis. It will be the same time each week and batch several changes together. This will help our users plan and anticipate changes ahead.
