ICA's Regional System Administration Model

Now that we are finally fully staffed, ICA is very excited to introduce our regional model! Under this model, every CoC will be assigned at least one system administrator.What you can expect from your Regional System Administrator?The primary goal of this model is to increase our presence in the communities we serve, which will in turn build relationships, improve communication, and increase our understanding of the agencies we support and the work that you do.What does “presence in the communities we serve” mean? It will include:

• Attending local meetings, including CoC, FHPAP, and others
• Facilitating local user groups to obtain user feedback and build relationships
• Providing more hands-on support, either in person or by phone/virtual meetings

Helpdesk questionsThe new regional model will not change who you contact with day-to-day data entry and reporting questions.
