DHS-OEO HYA Youth Supportive Housing Annual Reporting Deadline is August 15th, 2020

The annual reporting deadline for DHS-OEO HYA YSH projects is August 15, 2020. The following reports should be run for the period of 7/1/2019 - 6/30/2020: 

• MIN-01-SAG-030 - MN Core Homeless programs  

• SHP-32-SAG-046 - HYA Outcomes 

• SHP-32-SAG-025 - HYA YSH Follow-Up Summary Detail

As announced in our last two newsletters, OEO will now be utilizing the 030-MN Core Homeless Programs report in lieu of the numerous HYA reports that were historically required for grantees. For HYA YSH grantees, only the Outcomes and  Follow-Up Summary reports will still be required to be submitted along with the 030-MN Core report. With the new Quarterly Data Quality process, you will no longer need to run any data check reports for HYA. With the exception of Outcomes and Follow-Ups (program-specific components), QDQ participation will ensure that your HYA provider data quality is solid as you head into OEO reporting deadlines.
