DHS-OEO THP Annual Reporting Deadline is August 15th, 2020

The annual reporting deadline for DHS-OEO THP projects is August 15th. The following reports should be run for the period of 7/1/2019 - 6/30/2020: 

• MIN-01-SAG-030 - MN Core Homeless programs  

• SHP-34-SAG-163 – THP Goals Follow-Up Counting and Detail 

Please see the newly updated HMIS User Guide for DHS-OEO THP Programs for more information and the location of the reports in ART. 

As announced in our last two newsletters, OEO will now be utilizing the 030-MN Core Homeless Programs report in lieu of the numerous THP reports that were historically required for grantees. For THP grantees, only the Goals Follow-Up report will still be required to be submitted along with the 030-MN Core report. With the new Quarterly Data Quality process, you will no longer need to run any data check reports for THP as well. With the exception of Follow-ups (program-specific components), QDQ participation will ensure that your THP provider data quality is solid as you head into OEO reporting deadlines.
