User Accounts in ClientTrack

Over one-thousand (1000) of you have logged into ClientTrack since go-live began!

Everyone who was a user in Community Services who also completed their ClientTrack training in our learning system should already have access to CT. We are now helping a few hundred users new to HMIS complete training. Please expect up to five (5) business days between training completion and receiving access to ClientTrack.  We expect this wait time to decrease once the volume of new users is steady. 

If you are still waiting for access but completed training, you may have missed our automated email with login and password information. If that might be you, please contact our helpdesk (mnhmis@icalliances.org) so we can reissue your credentials directly.
