New Project and Agency Setups Resume
As a part of the software transition, ICA had to place a temporary hold on setting up new projects and agencies in HMIS. We are officially re-launching this part of our work now!
While we are prepared to receive requests for new projects and agencies, this is also a new system for us and we are learning along the way. For the first couple months, as we both clear the backlog and establish new muscle memory for this process, we will temporarily require some extra time to fulfill requests.
New Project set-up requests (for agencies already actively participating in HMIS):

New agencies (seeking to join HMIS for the first time):

All requests to join HMIS must be vetted and approved before we proceed to system set-up. Timeline for this process depends on how long it takes to verify a new agency’s use case, gain approval from the CoC, and finalize paperwork. This can take anywhere from 3 weeks to several months. Agencies with a funding source requiring HMIS participation will fall on the shorter end of that timeline.
