Updates from WellSky: ART report storage and system status checker

WellSky recently announced a new procedure for ART report storage. Beginning in February, WellSky will automatically remove all reports more than one year old from users’ Scheduled Reports list (which appears at the bottom of the ART page). This will be their procedure going forward. At this time, reports more than one year old will still be available in users’ Inbox (which appears at the top of the ART page).

ART storage space is a resource shared by users across the country, not just Minnesota, which means that a systemwide change like this one should have a positive impact on ART performance.

WellSky also recently announced a new procedure for communicating about service outages in ART or ServicePoint. Visit the new Status Page to see the current status of Community Services (ServicePoint) and ART.  Through that link, you can also subscribe to receive notifications about service outages. ICA will still send News Alerts when we learn of ART or ServicePoint outages.
