Upcoming Helpdesk Summer Hours - August 1st through September 30th
We are stepping away early on Fridays!
Our helpdesk team will temporarily modify our weekly schedule beginning Monday, August 1st, 2022, and ending on Friday, September 30th, 2022. We will have shortened hours on Fridays and close at 12:30 pm.
At ICA, we support communities to make data-driven decisions. We are taking small steps to live out those values in our work, too.
Our data shows you email our helpdesk less in the summer, especially on Fridays. We hope that you are stepping away to rest, recharge, and enjoy the summer sun - we want that for ourselves, too (there is good data to support the power of stepping away from work, too!).
Since email volume does decrease in summertime, the helpdesk will be implementing a modified weekly schedule beginning Monday, August 1st, 2022, and ending on Friday, September 30th, 2022.
Helpdesk hours during this time are:
Monday 8:30 am- 4:30pm
Tuesday 8:30 am - 4:30pm
Wednesday 8:30 am - 4:30pm
Thursday 8:30 am- 4:30pm
Friday 8:30 am -12:30pm
The helpdesk will be closed all day Labor Day and will be back on September 6th 2022.
Even when we are closed, we have resources to support you.
Emails received outside of Helpdesk hours will be addressed the next scheduled day. If you have questions while the Helpdesk is closed our written and video materials may have the answers you need! Here’s a short list of frequently used resources:
