Our Helpdesk will be closed on Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th for the holiday. The Helpdesk will also be closed on Wednesday, July 17th and Thursday, July 18th for an ICA staff retreat. We will have extra staff scheduled for Helpdesk coverage before and after the closures. Please plan accordingly.

Minnesota’s HMIS is a collaborative project of the 10 Minnesota Continuums of Care, the Minnesota Tribal Collaborative to Prevent and End Homelessness, the State of Minnesota, the Institute for Community Alliances, and participating partner agencies.

Our vision for Minnesota's HMIS is that, by centering the client and user experience, we use HMIS to connect people to resources and to drive decisions so that we equitably prevent and end homelessness in Minnesota. We do this in pursuit of housing, racial and health justice for people experiencing homelessness and housing instability.
