Two Important FHPAP Project Updates

Attention FHPAP Projects: In preparation for the close of the first SFY 2018 quarter, we have two important updates to share.

  1. Providers from 2015-2017 Biennium Are Now Closed, Be Sure You’ve Transferred All Client Data

  2. New FHPAP Reports Will Be Live on 10/2

Providers from 2015-2017 Biennium Now Closed, Be Sure You’ve Transferred All Client Data: we audited FHPAP providers to see if client data has been transferred into the appropriate providers (the new sets available after 7/1). Unfortunately, a large number of closed providers still contain client data. Last call to move them to the new providers!Action Required: If you have not done so, you must transfer client entries that were open on or after 7/1/2017 as soon as possible. Importantly, this includes clients and households that entered the project BEFORE 7/1/2017, but were still in program on 7/1. (And of course, if client entries remained open that should be closed, please exit them on the last day they were in program.)In addition, the new FHPAP reports that will be live at quarter end WILL NOT WORK properly with the old provider set ups. To run Q1 reports, you must use the new providers*.Help us ensure your projects are in compliance and your quarter-end reporting goes smoothly. We have put the following measures in place to ensure the old, closed providers are not used:

  • Renamed all old providers “zz…DO NOT USE POST 7/1”

  • Added “DO NOT USE POST 7/1” to the old assessments

If you need a refresher for how to change the entry, please see our previous posts on this topic here.HMIS Users can reach out to the Helpdesk with questions at mnhmis@icalliances.org.New FHPAP Reports Will Be Live on 10/2: We’ve revised all FHPAP reports. We hope you enjoy the updated look and feel and find them easy to use.Action Required: If you scheduled FHPAP reports to your HMIS ART inbox, cancel them. Watch for instructions, location information, and a short training video on the new reports. Again, old providers will not run correctly so it is critical to transfer client data to your new providers.. Your revised FHPAP reports will be available on October 2nd, along with instructions for use.We appreciate your help in ensuring this transition is complete!*If your providers were already set up in compliance with the RRH-HA-Prevention split, your providers will work with the new reports.
