Scheduling a Call with the Helpdesk
To continue to provide a high quality customer experience to our users, ICA has rolled out the Microsoft Bookings scheduling tool. This tool allows HMIS users to book a 15 or 30 minute troubleshooting Teams call with a member of the Helpdesk team. We understand that for some users, direct conversation and the ability to screenshare can be more effective than email, and we want to meet that need where able.

When you book an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes meeting details and buttons for rescheduling or joining the appointment:
Bookings also come with an attachment that allows you to add the appointment to your calendar:
Note: These appointments are reserved for current HMIS users who need help troubleshoot issues in ClientTrack. If you are not currently a user or have other questions that fall outside of this scope, please email the HMIS Helpdesk at mnhmis@icalliances.org.
