RHY Reporting Tool

Have you ever needed your RHY-specific data for grant applications, narrative reports, or for your agency’s information?

A supplemental RHY report project is underway at ICA that will enable you to check for data quality for RHY-specific data elements; however, we just learned of an Excel tool from YHDP that you can use now to see summary datatables from your RHY HMIS Exports. This tool can help you see, at a glance, demographics and key characteristics of your programs’ populations.

Make sure to keep the data in a secure location, as it is client-level data, and clear the tool when you are done with it.

This is not an ICA-developed tool, so we will not be able to troubleshoot this tool (but can troubleshoot the RHY export).
