Reporting Resources
ICA’s Reporting and Evaluation Team (RET) is preparing to build needed reports in ClientTrack. We know that access to needed reports is one of the most vitally important functions of any HMIS.
As the go-live phase wraps in the coming months, we are partnering with our our vendor as they build several reports for release before the end of the year. Next, as our team learns the new reporting environment, report releases will be a slower process than before. At the same time, we are excited for the fresh opportunity to build what you need. We expect that as we become more and more comfortable with the report building tools in this system, we will be able to develop and release reports more frequently.
ICA continues to be in contact with local, state, and federal partners to ensure they are aware of agencies’ reduced reporting capabilities while we build new reports. If you do receive a report request or have a report requirement that you are unable to meet because the replacement report is not yet available, please reach out to our helpdesk so we can let you know if there is an alternate report available for temporary use or help you by reaching out to the local, state, or federal partner.
With this in mind, we appreciate your understanding and patience while we begin the process of building dozens of reports in the new software. Keep an eye out for training opportunities and resources, too!
