Quarterly Data Quality: Score Thresholds Established

Since the monitoring process started in 2020, the high and low thresholds for scoring have been set after the submission deadline passed. Agencies would work to clean up the data, but they wouldn’t necessarily know what those scores meant. A score of 93% sounds good, but is it above the high score threshold? Is a score of 77% above the low threshold?

Now there will be no guessing: The high and low thresholds for each project type have been established. Each quarter has a set of project types that receive focused attention. The different thresholds are shown below and based on the Total Score:

Now every agency, as they work to clean up their data, will know where they stand on the scoring table. We hope this extra bit of information is useful for agency goal setting.
