QDQ Submission Portal Opening Delayed

The submission portal will open the week of 23-27 October. Since the data standards change on 1 October 2023, the Business Objects reports are being updated. The QDQ report is currently out of order but is in the queue to be updated by 23 October 2023. Until it is updated, it may not return data, or it may return incorrect data.

When the report is updated, the Submission Portal for QDQ will be opened. All BusinessObjects reports require revisions due to HUD’s HMIS Data Standards changes, which went into effect on October 1st. 

ICA is working to update the custom reports in our library so they align with the new Data Standards. Users should bookmark the REPORTcollection and check that page regularly for information about a report's status and estimated timeline for update. Refer to the Estimated Fix field: reports marked "Completed" there have been updated and can be run; all other reports should be considered out of order.

Remember, if you have run the report since 1 October 2023, the scores you have now are likely not accurate since the report is not yet updated. Please wait for the update before trying to adjust any data.
