PIT Data Review and Corrections

By now, all HMIS-participating ES and TH agencies have received that tailored email from your Regional System Administrator (RSA) with data corrections for the night of PIT.

What’s Next?

ICA will review corrections and overall data quality.  If you receive an additional email with targeted corrections, please prioritize these fixes! The last possible date to submit changes or corrections for the PIT is March 30th.

For the Unsheltered and Non-HMIS Count (PIT LIVE)

PIT LIVE data review part one and data entries in the Aggregate Tool have been completed, and ICA is making needed corrections to the data and reviewing with Coordinators and PIT Leads. Round two of data review will begin shortly thereafter. For CoCs interested in preliminary counts, we will also be in touch with an estimate of your PIT LIVE totals at that time.

This is an ongoing process so please watch for clarification requests from your Coordinator or PIT Lead.
