Important Data Element: Client Location

Client Location is the most important data element that you may be missing! While Client Location is found near the bottom of many of the assessments you use, ignoring it can have dire consequences. If the Client Location does not match the CoC where a client is receiving services, your client will not be counted federally. This data element is very easy to get right, though! When the client enters your program, simply ensure that you are selecting the Client Location that corresponds with the CoC where they are receiving services. Need a visual? Check out our video here!
