PATH Reporting Period Open; New Report Available

The annual reporting period for PATH has opened, for the reporting period 7/1/2017 - 6/30/2018.PATH grantees should run the PATH 2018 report for submission into PDX. New this year: grantees can upload the .csv file directly to PDX, saving time on data entry.The reporting period closes on December 31, 2018.For more information, consult the PATH HMIS User Guide.
