PATH Report Submission

The PATH 2019 report is available in HMIS and ready for agencies to run reports. Reports should be run in HMIS and submitted to PDX for the following date ranges:

• July 1, 2018 – September 30, 2018

• July 1, 2018 – December 31, 2018

• July 1, 2018 – March 30, 2019

After July 1, the report should be run for July 1, 2018 – June 30, 2019 and submitted to PDX.Refer to the PATH Data Completeness Report to check your data entry before submission.
