New FHPAP Report Release

After months of feedback and design, we are happy to announce that the SHP-50-SAG-296 - FHPAP Supplemental report has been released for use.

This report was created to replace most of the existing FHPAP report suite and is a supplemental report to the 030 Core report and the QDQ monitoring report. 

Reports that will be retired and replaced by the supplemental report:

• SHP-50-DQR-013 - FHPAP Demographics and Entry Data Check

• SHP-50-SAG-014 - FHPAP Demographics and Entry Counts

• SHP-50-SAG-019 - FHPAP Entry Exit and Income Report

These three reports will remain available in BusinessObjects for the time being, but grantees will no longer need to submit them to MN Housing.

Note: The SHP-50-SAG-240 - FHPAP Prevention Assessment Tool report will continue to be available for programs that are required to entered MN Prevention Assessment Tool data into HMIS.
