Looking Back on One Year of Quarterly Data Quality

One year ago, in January 2020, ICA staff were traveling across the state to deliver in-person trainings on a new initiative, Quarterly Data Quality. So much has changed in the months since then! Through challenging times, MN HMIS users never gave up on the hard work of accurately representing the persons they serve through HMIS. Statewide our system’s data quality improves with every quarter of QDQ. Thank you!

We want to recognize the 533 providers with a perfect participation record – those who participated in the Quarterly Data Quality process for each of the first four quarters. Click here to see a list of those providers, and a map breaking out participation by region.

The next Quarterly Data Quality submission period begins January 15, for data from October 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020. Mark your calendars, and look out for an announcement about CoC Coordinators and state partners’ QDQ monitoring plan coming soon.
