Long Term Homeless Supportive Services Fund (LTHSSF) Providers: Data entry and corrections deadline is October 30th
Attention Long Term Homeless Supportive Services Fund (LTHSSF) providers! ICA will be submitting reports to DHS on November 2nd. Remember to have data through September 30th, 2020 entered into HMIS and corrected accordingly by October 30th. A reminder that there should be an interim update every 6 months. Please see the User Guide for more details.
Please run the reports below for your LTHSSF providers in the following order to check data quality. Use these date prompts: 3/1/2020-10/1/2020.
251 Quarterly Data Quality report:
030 Core MN Homeless Programs report:
Reference the 030 Core report for income data quality only.
You will need to add Services Only to the “Select Program Type Code Prompt”
Schedule the report in Excel format, and look only at the Income Detail tab. You will need to scroll through the tabs to get to the Income Detail tab.
