In Case You Missed It - ART Problems Are Resolved!

In case you missed our news alert, there were some ART issues this week. These led to ART users not being able to successfully run or download their reports.

The good news is that ART appears to be functioning properly and our ART refreshes have resumed their regular schedule. You can check the most recent ART refresh by navigating to ART and scrolling to the bottom of the screen. There the "Last Warehouse Build" is displayed.  

Though ART’s back up and running, we encourage you to contact the Helpdesk if you see more error messages or have trouble accessing reports.
