Important Information for Users Currently in Training!

Now that the federal and state Data Element Changes have been made to Community Services (formerly ServicePoint), we need to make a fresh copy of the live site onto our ServicePoint training site as well. This gives new users going through training the most up-to-date and accurate experience possible as they create practice clients and enrollments during their coursework. 

Unfortunately, when we schedule our software vendor to make a fresh copy onto the training site, any practice client work will be erased as well. Any users currently in the middle of HMIS User Training should try to finish up the process by Thursday, December 23rd to avoid losing their ServicePoint training site practice work. 

The training site copy-over is scheduled to occur on the morning on Tuesday, December 28th.

Please note that none of this applies to the Moodle training site! Please have any staff in training reach out to the MN Helpdesk if they have questions.
