ICA is hosting an ESG-CV Data Entry Q&A Special Session!
What? This is a 1-hour presentation and Q&A session specific to ESG-CV. This session will cover:
Basic HMIS data entry workflow overview
Reporting
Checking your data quality
Q&A (We will answer as many questions as we can! But if you have questions about specific data entry errors/issues, we may have to take those offline – noting that we cannot share real client records on the screen.)
Who should attend? HMIS end users who do ESG-CV data entry and organizational leadership involved with ESG-CV projects

Is this required? While not “required” for all, participation is very strongly suggested for projects that have not yet begun data entry and those that have struggled with consistent data entry or data quality. The session will be recorded for later viewing. If you’re not sure about your data quality, you can run the Quarterly Data Quality Monitoring Report for your ESG-CV provider – if your Completeness or Consistency/Accuracy score is below 75%, you should definitely attend. If you’re not sure how to run that, then read more here starting on page 6 (or just come to the session!).
