Data Collection Forms Upgrade – Fillable PDFs

Fillable PDF versions of all the data collection forms are available on the MN HMIS website. The initial idea came from HMIS users through the Implementation Committee. Fillable PDF forms was recommended as an opportunity that would improve user experience and contribute to the ability to collect data and effectively enter it.

The addition of fillable PDF versions should improve data quality and lead to more legible, consistent data collection, which will make transferring it into HMIS much better.
