Can You Spot the Error?
Can you spot the Sub-assessment error?
Data entry might seem confusing at times. The fact is that, what seems intuitive for humans, might not be very clear to a database. Some data entry needs to be quite particular in order for the database, and reports, to read it.
In this example, we’re looking at the Disability sub-assessment. One type of error that takes place during data entry is when the initial prompt response does not match the follow up prompts.
Below you will see two images. The first one has data entered correctly. The second one has an error in the data entry. Can you spot it?
This shows the data correctly entered.
This image shows an error in the data entry.
