PATH Reporting Period is Now Open

The reporting period for PATH has opened. The reporting period is 1/1/2020 – 3/31/2020. Reports are due Thursday, April 30th.

PATH grantees should run the PATH 2019 report for submission into PDX. Grantees can upload the .csv file directly to PDX, saving time on data entry.

Refer to the PATH Data Completeness Report to check data entry before submission.
