Minnesota Housing LTH/HPH and HTF Reporting Deadlines

Reports covering the period October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023, which aligns with the federal fiscal year, are due on Friday, December 1, 2023. Read on to learn whether the completeness and accuracy of your project’s data needs to be verified and if you will need to submit reports.

Site-Based Multifamily Capital Projects Serving Long Term Homeless (LTH)/High Priority Homeless (HPH) Households
All site-based projects that received capital financing to serve LTH/HPH households are only expected to verify that data entry is complete and accurate. No site-based capital projects serving LTH/HPH households will need to submit reports directly to Minnesota Housing during this reporting period, unless they are also Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Rental Assistance administrators. The deadline for the required data review is Friday, December 1, 2023.

Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Rental Assistance Projects
As of October 1, 2019, all HTF Rental Assistance administrators should be reporting in HMIS. This includes administrators who transitioned to serving HPH households in this grant term. The mid-year reporting period will continue as planned with all HFT Rental Assistance projects submitting reports for the period of October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023. The report submission deadline is Friday, December 1, 2023.
