Vendor Delays to CoC-APR, ESG-CAPER, CE APR, and PATH Report

WellSky, the HMIS software vendor, recently made announcement about the CoC-APR, ESG-CAPER, Coordinated Entry APR, and PATH report, which they are responsible for updating to align with the FY24 HMIS Data Standards. In short, they stated they will not be able to release updated versions of the APR, CAPER, and Coordinated Entry APR in time for grantees with upcoming deadlines to successfully submit reports to their funders. WellSky, the HMIS software vendor, recently made announcement about the CoC-APR, ESG-CAPER, Coordinated Entry APR, and PATH report, which they are responsible for updating to align with the FY24 HMIS Data Standards. In short, they stated they will not be able to release updated versions of the APR, CAPER, and Coordinated Entry APR in time for grantees with upcoming deadlines to successfully submit reports to their funders. Below is a summary of WellSky's anticipated timeline and their recommended actions for grantees. 

CoC-APR and ESG-CAPER

WellSky plans to release the FY2024 CoC APR and the FY2024 ESG CAPER reports on December 8, 2023. WellSky advises grantees to reach out to their CARES Act Desk Officer for ESG-CV, or their CPD representative in the Field Office, to request submission extensions for grants due between now and mid-December.

Coordinated Entry APR and PATH

Wellsky plans to release FY2024 versions of these reports after the APR and CAPER, in mid to late December 2023. WellSkys advises grantees with Coordinated Entry APR deadlines between now and late December 2023 to reach out to their CPD representative in the Field Office to request a submission extension.
