In this edition of Turning Data Into Insight, we're focusing on the Point-in-Time and Housing Inventory (it's top of mind!).

ICA recently published a dashboard of national PIT and HIC data, highlighting the percent change between 2017 and 2018.  You can zoom into your community to learn the volume of homeless persons and beds to house them in your area. You can also download a PDF version of your community summary! 

To download, click into the map for the region you’d like displayed.

Then, select the download icon in the bottom right corner. It will prompt you to select an option for download.

Select download > PDF > Create PDF.

2018 Infographics

Last year, we developed infographics for each CoC region that visualize the state of homelessness in your region as identified during the 2018 PIT count. We developed a statewide infographic and one for each CoC region.

Infographics are a simple, powerful way to convey data to a broad audience. How could you utilize these infographics in your work?
