Translated Release of Information Documents Now Available

In order to better serve our HMIS clients, we now have Release of Information (ROI) documents available in Spanish, Somali, Hmong, Russian, and Karen. This includes the standard ROI as well as ROIs for agencies covered by HIPAA and the Minnesota Government Data Practice Act (MGDPA).
