Test Users & Feedback Needed for the Re-design of HMIS User Training!

Are you an existing user who’d love a refresher training on a variety of HMIS topics and skills? Do you have new staff who will need to register for HMIS User Training at some point before October 9th? If so, please consider taking part in our Pilot Cohort of test users going through the new and improved User Training content and training platform process.

As part of the Pilot Cohort, we'd ask that you plan to devote about 10 hours of your time during the month of October to complete the training courses - not much more than the amount of time it takes to complete the current HMIS online training. Best of all, these hours can be spent on your own time and at your own pace, at any time during the month.

What Would You Get?

  • Early access to the new content and the exciting new learning platform!

  • Multiple opportunities to provide feedback that would shape the training experience for the entire HMIS community statewide.

  • For new users, this would fulfill your HMIS training requirements. For existing users, this would be a great refresher on Data Entry Completion, Sub-assessments, Households, Interim Reviews, Reporting, Quarterly Data Quality, and more!

If you would like to sign up to take part in the User Training Pilot Cohort opportunity, please email the MN HMIS Helpdesk before Friday, October 9th, 2020.
