Scheduled Downtime - Community Services

Community Services (formerly known as ServicePoint) will be down starting at 5:00 AM on Friday, October 15, 2021. ICA anticipates this will take two hours.

FY 2022 Updates to ESG CAPER, CoC APR, and PATH Reports

The upgrade that includes updates to the ESG CAPER, CoC APR, and PATH reports is scheduled for 5:00 AM on Friday, October 15, 2021. Once the upgrade has completed and Community Services is back online, users will be able to run and download CoC APR, ESG CAPER, and PATH reports for submission in Sage or PDX. Re-certification Training Due Tomorrow!

Supervisors and HMIS Users: Remember! If you do not complete the Recertification Training by October 15, your HMIS account will be inactivated until such a time as training is complete.

Future Periods of Downtime in October

ICA expects that both Community Services and ART will have scheduled downtime throughout the month of October. We will attempt to provide you with as much notice as possible regarding the periods of downtime.
