Scheduling a Call with the Helpdesk
To continue to provide a high quality customer experience to our HMIS users, ICA has rolled out the Microsoft Bookings scheduling tool. This allows HMIS users to book 15 or 30 minute HMIS troubleshooting Microsoft Teams call with a member of the Help Desk team.
To continue to provide a high quality customer experience to our HMIS users, ICA has rolled out the Microsoft Bookings scheduling tool. This allows HMIS users to book 15 or 30 minute HMIS troubleshooting Microsoft Teams call with a member of the Help Desk team.
We understand that for some users, direct conversation and the ability to screenshare can sometimes be more effective that email.
Appointments can be booked by following the link here: https://outlook.office365.com/book/HMISHelpDesk@icalliances.org/
Once you book an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes details and buttons to reschedule or join the appointment.
There is also an appointment attachment that allows you to add the appointment to your calendar.
Note: These appointments are reserved for current HMIS users who need help troubleshoot issues in ClientTrack. If you are currently not an HMIS user or have other questions outside of the this scope, please email the HMIS Help Desk.
