RHY Upload Portal Open for Grants Ending in September

There is a new RHY-HMIS Repository (Upload Portal) for RHY Grantees. The dates for upload are:

• For grants ending September 29th/30th, your export needs to be uploaded between September 7th - September 25th, 2020

• The RHY-HMIS Repository is located at: https://rhy-hmis.acf.hhs.gov

Grants not ending in September will be uploaded at a later date, from October 26th - November 16th, 2020. ICA will send out a reminder prior to the next upload period.

Please see the HHS-RHY HMIS User Guide for further details on data quality reports and running the Rhymis Export in ServicePoint.

Please follow any instructions you have received from FYSB or RHY staff regarding your upload dates. If you have questions about your login for the RHY portal, please open a case with the RHYMIS Service Desk.

Extensive training and instructions for using the new RHY portal are available on the RHY-HMIS Page at RHYTTAC. The slides include instructions on how to name your export, please follow this new procedure for a successful upload.
