Quarterly Data Quality Rubric Review

The 2021 Quarterly Data Quality (QDQ) Rubric Review wrapped up recently. Thank you to everyone who made suggestions. For the most part, the rubric will remain the same. However, there will be a change to one aspect.

There will be no point deduction for length of time in a program exceeding the recommended number of days per project type. Records that do exceed the maximum length of stay could be flagged with warnings, but not result in deducted points.

So, if a project type’s recommended number of days is 90 and a client has been in that project for 100 days, there will be no point deduction. The report will, however, flag this situation with a warning so staff can be aware of it.

The next QDQ report submission is November 12th, 2021. The report will be updated to reflect the new rubric rule by the time the submission portal opens, on October 15th, 2021. Remember, you should have finished any data entry for July, August, and September in the past two weeks (October 1st – 14th).

As always, thank you for your participation in QDQ. Your quality data helps tell the story for the individuals and families with whom you work.
