Plan Ahead - Upcoming Quarterly Data Quality Timeline

Quarterly Data Quality review is about to begin! In January and February 2020, we will review data from October 1, 2019 – December 31, 2019. We’ve highlighted key steps for your agency with a recommended timeline to consider for QDQ implementation at your agency.

The only hard deadline is Tuesday, February 11 when all projects will need to submit scores via the Data Quality portal.

Between your QDQ training and Tuesday, February 11, your team should schedule time to accomplish the following:

• Data entry for October 1, 2019 – December 31, 2019 (time commitment varies)

• Run the Quarterly Data Quality report and communicate errors to your team (if necessary) (time commitment varies)

• Resolve errors that can be resolved (time commitment varies)

• Pull final report and submit your final scores into the Data Portal (we recommend to schedule 5 minutes per provider to accomplish this task)
