PATH Report Submission
The PATH Data Exchange (PDX) is open for fiscal year (FY) 2020 annual reporting as well as for quarter one (Q1) 2021 reporting. The reporting period for FY 2020 is 7/1/2019 – 6/30/2020 and the reporting period for Q1 2021 is 7/1/2020 – 9/30/2020.
PATH grantees should run the PATH 2019 report in ServicePoint and submit the files to PDX by November 6, 2020. To ensure that your file is accepted by PDX you need to include "v3.3" without the quotation marks at the beginning of the file name. PDX will then accept the file.
PATH grantees that upload a submission to PDX using v3.3 will receive error messages for the two new questions Q13b and Q26k. Do not be alarmed! WellSky will update the PATH report to v3.4 by December 1st, 2020. After the report is updated, PATH grantees should run the new version of the report and manually update the values for Q13b and 26k in PDX.
