New One-Pager Series gives straightforward overview of HMIS

Have you ever wanted a concise and impactful way to explain HMIS to community partners, prospective agencies, or officials?

This summer our team developed a series of one-pagers that describe the value and good work of Minnesota's HMIS.

Our goal was to develop a series of short, visually appealing, high-level documents that use primarily quantitative means to tell the story of what HMIS can do and does. These documents can be used in a standalone way to highlight a particular area of work or together to create a compelling view of its value.

You can share these documents on your CoC website as a communication tool, reference them as talking points when meeting with prospective agencies or community partners, or when making the case for HMIS funding.
