New Agency Agreements coming this year

Upon joining HMIS, all agencies are required to sign the "Agency Agreement". This document underwrites the legal relationship between an agency and the State System Administrator (ICA) as it relates to HMIS responsibilities. With the launch of the new HMIS software, we will be asking that all participating agencies sign a fresh Agency Agreement.

This fall, ICA will reach out to all participating agencies with the new agreement. Upon notification, agency leadership should review and re-sign as soon as possible. We appreciate your help with this important matter!
